I am so glad I have found this place. Just like all of you no one knew what on earth Moyamoya was. Sydney's pediatricians had to look it up. It is so funny when a doctor asks me what it is and how the surgery is performed.
My daughter Sydney (7) was diagnosed in May of 2002. Since then she has had both surgeries. She needed them 5 months apart. What a scary year for all of us. So far so good. ;-)
