Hi, I´m mailing from Sweden and am the mother of Louise, 7 years old. She had her surgery 2˝ months ago at a hospital in Stockholm. It went really well but she was kept on bloodthinner during both angiogram and surgery. So I do not understand why your daughter has to go off the aspirin for angiogram. But I also understand that Dr Scott is one of the very best in the world on MM so I guess he has to be right about it.My daughter´s surgery was double-sided and took almost 15 hours! She is very well now and has had no symtoms from MM the last 6 weeks. I feel so alone in the world about this but this site really helps though I am so very far away and English is not my language. Now that I found this site I will be on it every day. To all of you who has loved ones with this awful disease: The operation is really nothinh to worry about, there is so much to gain from it!!!!
Love, Annica
