You're right about the tremors. It was definately something I wasn't too concerned about at first. Like I said, I thought I was a healthy guy! I almost didn't even mention it to the Dr's at first. Guess that should be a lesson for others!
As for headaches... I had/have a long 16 year history of cluster headaches. I say had/have because I haven't had any clusters since I had my first surgery. Not holding my breath that I won't have anymore, but I'm hopeful they're gone. Still not quite sure what my clusters had to do with moyamoya, but common sense tells me they were related somehow. Others that I've talked to have mentioned they had severe headaches associated with their moyamoya.
