Welcome Richard! I am very sorry to hear of the difficult time you are having. I am happy to hear though that the doctors have diagnosed you and that you will be having your surgeries very soon. Hopefully things will get much better from there. It is also interesting to hear from another person that has Moya Moya obviously running in the family. This is such a complicated disease and I hope that the doctors do more research on this issue.
I will have you in my prayers and please keep us updated on how you are doing if you can.
