Head Sensitivity

Rena, I'm glad you mentioned that.Kathleen is now a year post op, and her head still seems sensitive.It definatly was soon after surgery which I kind of expected. She doesn't have the language to tell me exactly how it feels now, but she cries even if she just gets a small "bump", and Kathleen has a very high pain threshhold.It was so hard right after surgery because her hair was about shoulder length and it was such a mess from all the sticky stuff from all the EEG's. It took weeks to get it right again.I know girls can fuss about getting hair brushed but she really never did and now I have to be very gentle.I know it's real because she's not a complainer.I would love to know if others have had this problem and what it is like because as I said I can't get all that out of Kahtleen because of her language delays.
