Sorry this response is a little bit late. I'm in California and have been having some internet connection problems the last couple of days.
I personally didn't have any balance problems after either of my surgeries. Doesn't sound like that should be too good. Have you noticed any further numbness or any further strokes?
Haven't seen too much about the dizziness.....
