My wife Carla, who had surgury a little more than two years ago, also suffers from fatigue. Usually by the end of the week she's pretty wiped out. Everything else is fine, her TIA's hardly ever happen anymore, and when they do they only last seconds instead of minutes, but she does tire easily. She just takes naps, and goes to bed early when she can to regain her strength.
