Thanks for your quick response and advice. FYI: My health history is as follows :
December 2001- Diagnosed with MS
Sept 2002- Stroke & Moya Moya diagnosis
January 2003- Seizure
February 2003- First surgery (left side)
June 2003-Second Surgery (right side)
July 2003- TIA
The stroke paralyzed both of my right extremities. I regained almost all of my arm back with OT and still working on my right leg. I am wheel chair bound but working on that. I guess I should be thankful that I'm still alive.
The reason I ask about the TIA is because I don't want to have another attack while in public or driving... hell, I don't want one at all. :)
Is there anything I can do to prevent it? Any exercise? Diet? etc.?
