Don't be discouraged that you had another TIA. I still have them (1st surgery in Dec. 2002) although less frequently. I think everyone is different as to how long before symptoms will completely disappear after surgery. I know it can be worrisome though wondering if/when this stuff will go away!
I really hope that you don't have both MS and MM and if it makes you feel any better, I've run across at least 10 people with MM that were originally diagnosed with MS only to find out that it was Moya Moya instead. I guess only time will tell for you.
Please keep us updated on what you discover in the future with the MS and the Moya Moya and I hope you are feeling better everyday!
