Thanks for the phone call, DJ. I appreciated the update. I have tears flowing as I read each of the messages on this site. I remember the tremendous sense of fear we, as your family, felt when the news of this unknown disease came to us. That now seems so long ago and I hear the fear in others as they face the future with Moyamoya. But the good news is that there IS a future with moyamoya. DJ, you have offered such a sounding board and a "safe place" for many to come with questions and fears.
Again, give our love to both Mandy and Amber. I wish I could be there to give them a hug. Tell Amber that many in Fredonia, KS have kept her in their prayers and will now add Mandy to our prayer list.
Try to get some rest and look forward to hearing from you when you arrive home. Love and hugs to all of you.
